Updated July 26/2021
Day camps have concluded for 2021. Thank you to all our campers and staff for making the best of this COVID year. We at Motocamp and the Rumball camp for the Deaf can not wait to return to our regular summer camps in 2022!
(The following is the outline for our day programs that we held in July).
We have confirmed to run “Individual Day Camps” on the following dates:
We have to follow all provincial and local COVID-19 safety protocols and the camp rules are as follows:
10 campers total per day
One Parent/Guardians is permitted to stay on site.
Social Distancing rules are to be strictly adhered to.
Masks to be worn if social distancing cannot be achieved.
Dry camping is permitted in the main pit area. No water or hydro available.
No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the property.
Additional family members are not permitted to come and camp.
You must supply your child/children(s) meals if camping. Motocamp will only be providing bottled drinks and some basic pre-packaged snacks eg: granola bars, chips or freezies.
There are many campgrounds in the area if you prefer to stay in one of them and bring your child to camp every morning and pick them up at the end of the day.
Swimming is permitted with access only from the main track and only when adults are present. (Will be further explained on site).
There will be no access to the main camp - all parents and campers must stay in the main track and pit area.
Bike maintenance will be primarily the responsibility of the parent or rider daily. Assistance will be available from staff if required.
